-Services: Offerings provided as listed on www.sgtimelesscompanions.com.
-Terms and Conditions: Guidelines governing the Services, subject to updates.
Charges:
-Prices on www.sgtimelesscompanions.com are in SGD.
-A deposit of $100 or $150 (as advised) must be paid via bank transfer to confirm a booking; the remainder is paid to the companion upon meeting.
-Unpaid deposits result in unconfirmed bookings.
-Full payment must be made before Services commence, failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.
-Non payment upon meeting the companion results in service denial, indefinite suspension and potential legal action.
-No refunds for Terms and Conditions violations.
-Companions confirm full payment via SMS or WhatsApp or email before providing Services.
-Services cover companionship only, the Company does not sell sexual services.
-Users have a 10 minute grace period to cancel, a $100 transportation fee applies. Bookings past 11.00 PM SGT incur an extra $50.
Personal Data and Privacy:
-The Company may collect, use, and update the User’s personal data for service provision.
-The Company’s privacy policy governs data usage.
-The Company may cooperate with law enforcement if required.
User Obligations
-Filming or photography is prohibited unless pre-approved during booking phase.
-Free cancellations or reschedules require at least 24-hour notice via SMS or WhatsApp.
-Late cancellations/reschedules (within 24 hours) incur a $100 fee (+$50 for bookings after 11:00 PM).
-Cancellations beyond the 10-minute grace period result in full charges with no refunds.
-Fradulent cancellations lead to service denial and blacklist.
-Users must provide accurate personal details, false information may cancel bookings without a refund.
-Direct dealings with companions outside the Company are prohibited and may lead to permanent blacklisting and legal action.
-The Company is not liable for any interactions beyond the Services provided on www.sgtimelesscompanions.com.
-Users must be at least 21 years old.
-The Company strictly doesn’t offer any Services related to any sexual arrangement or activities.
-The Company bears no responsibility for any interactions, arrangements, or activities between Users and Companions that occur beyond the scope of www.sgtimelesscompanions.com services.
Company Rights & Liability
-Services may be reused or suspended for non-payment
-The Company is not liable for disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (example: quarantine, strikes, accidents, weather, traffic)
-The Company may reject or reschedule bookings if Companions are unavailable
Miscellaneous:
-Terms follow Singapore law, with disputes under Singapore courts.
-Terms may change without prior notice, continued use implies acceptance.
-If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
-Site content is restricted to users age 21+ and cannot be distributed to minors.
FAQ
What are your operating hours?
Our services are available daily, 365 days a year, including all Singapore public holidays such as Chinese New Year. We operate from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For optimal availability, we recommend reaching out as early as possible—preferably before 8:00 PM—and making your booking at least 8 hours in advance.
How do I make a booking?
All bookings are arranged via WhatsApp. Simply send us a message with your preferred companion details from our selection of Singaporean and PR companions. To confirm your booking, please provide your name, age, ethnicity, preferred time, selection, and exact meeting location. Advance notice is appreciated to allow our companion time to prepare. Each booking is strictly one companion per client at a time, ensuring privacy for both parties. Back-to-back bookings are permitted.
Are your companions based in Singapore?
Yes, all our companions are either Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs). We do not employ foreign companions. Our selection consists exclusively of local ladies of various ethnic backgrounds, all of whom are either Singaporean or PRs.
Are the photos and descriptions on your website accurate?
Absolutely. We guarantee the authenticity of our images and descriptions. Should you find any discrepancy between the profile and her actual appearance, we offer a full money-back guarantee or an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
What if I am not satisfied with my companion upon meeting?
You have a 10-minute grace period to decide whether you would like to proceed with the companion. If you choose to cancel within this period, please notify us via a call or ask the companion to contact us. A cancellation fee of SGD 100 (depending on the time of booking) will be charged to cover transportation costs.
Can I take photos or record videos of the companion?
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by both the agency and the companion beforehand.
What is the age range of your companions?
All our companions are above the legal age of 21, as verified by their Singapore government-issued NRIC. Specific ages are listed on their individual profiles.
How is payment handled?
Payment is made in cash at the beginning of the appointment directly to your selected companion. For time extensions, payment is collected at the start of the extended period. Booking fee of SGD 100 applies during the booking period which will be deducted from the balance upon meet up.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance allow for the deposit to be used toward a future booking within six months. Last-minute cancellations within 4 hours of the meet up will incur a SGD 100 fee.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes, we maintain strict confidentiality and use your details solely for identity verification and service fulfillment.
What services are included in the booking?
Our companion services include companionship for events, parties, and social gatherings. Payments are strictly for the companion’s time and companionship.
Why are the companions faces partially hidden in photos?
We appreciate privacy and confidentiality and we put high priority in protecting our companions.
Can I contact the companions directly?
No, all arrangements must be made through the agency to ensure the safety and discretion of both clients and companions. Direct contact or attempts to bypass the agency may result in blacklisting and termination of services.
Can meetings take place at my hotel or residence?
Yes, provided the companion is comfortable with the location. We will confirm this upon booking. Preferred meeting points are typically public spaces such as hotel lobbies or restaurants. Please note that our services strictly do not include any form of sexual activity.
